How We Started

Founded in 2020, CareerBridge began as a small initiative to help international students navigate the complex job market. What started as resume reviews in coffee shops has grown into a full-service career consultancy serving thousands of professionals across 40+ countries.

We noticed a critical gap: talented individuals were being held back not by lack of skills, but by lack of access access to recruiters, access to optimized applications, and access to affordable career guidance. That's when we created our Career Sponsorship program.
